Term of Service
☆ Please read my Terms of Service carefully to avoid any potential misunderstandings/misinformation 🧸💌
GENERAL
-I reserve the right to decline any commission.
-By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
•For the results will send via email/gdrive link with png transparent background
If i sent you a gdrive link remember to download all the files before i deleted, the link will be deleted after a specified time. I will notify you before deletion.
•Rush commissions, i do not accept 1-2 day deadlines.
If a rush commission is accepted, it will incur an additional fee of 30% of the original price. Acceptance of rush commissions is not guaranteed and depends entirely on my current schedule, queue, and complexity of the request.
•Deadlines i provide are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may happen due to real life circumstance. I’ll always inform you if more time is needed.
•Approximately work progress took 7-14 days less/morePAYMENT POLICY 📠

•Standart Illustration Commission : After the sketch is fully approved (no further revisions needed).
•SKEB/Surprise Me : payment upfront (once the request is approved).
-Refund exception
The only exception where you can request a refund is if i, the artist, fail to provide any updates or communication for 5-7 months on your commission, you may request a refund.

1. Do not use my art for Nft or Ai training or any Ai related
2. Do not resell my artwork without any discussion and agreement
3. I have the right to post the artwork on my portfolio or social media
4. As the Artist, i retain full copyright over my creations and original designs. Conversely, the intellectual property for any existing characters in the piece is held by their rightful owners.#Note (Important) 📌
I understand that my ToS might be a bit strict, but i hope you can respect the boundaries i’ve set. I truly appreciate your understanding. If you ever feel uncomfortable with my ToS, i sincerely apologize, you are absolutely welcome to leave or block me, i respect your decision! Let’s be kind and respectful to each other ♡

BACKGROUND
1. Simple Background 8-15$
Object, flower, furniture, item, (in white background)
2. Abstract Background 20$
Random/abstract object or any item (can be full color & half color)
3. Complex Background 25-45$
Scene, places, room, out/indoor, (fullcolor background)
Simple background (8-10$). As you see from the reference, simple background can be flowers or any animal/object and give a white space in the background.
Abstract background (15$). Based from the references, abstract background can be and abstract flowers/object. I count sky view as a part of abstract background. As you can see the trees, bush, or leaf are part of abstract as a flowers object.
Complex background (20-25$). Can be a scene, room, place in fullcolor. The sunflower girl it's not part of a sky view, it's part of a sunflower field scene as an example.
COMMERCIAL1. Personal Use and non commercial (Free)
This is the default use and it does not require an extra fee. Using the artwork for personal enjoyment only, with no direct or indirect generation of marketing purpose
Examples: Using it as wallpaper, a profile photo on any social media, personal merchandise (not for sale). Non commercial can be posting the art results in any socials, discord emotes, banner youtube, X, twitch or any personal socials banner.2. Monetized Content (+30% Fee)
This fee applies if the artwork used for content that is monetized or used for general promotion.
Examples: Use in a music video (MV), advertisement, album art, book cover, content creation that generates revenue or promote a product, service, and brand.3. Commercial Branding (+50℅ fee)
Commercial Branding rights apply when the artwork is used as part of a personal or business brand that generates income.
Examples : Vtuber/persona design (your brand), brand mascot or identity, using the artwork as assets (such as panels, overlays, or visuals) to support monetized activities like streaming, subscriptions, donations (Twitch, YouTube, etc.)3. Im not accept any commercial merchandise
I do not accept commissions intended for commercial merchandise in physical.
Examples: selling the artwork on t-shirts, prints, keychains, stickers, any physical merchandise for resale.☆ Fees are calculated based on the base commission price.
☆ Commercial usage must be declared before commissioning.
☆ Failure to disclose intended commercial use may result in additional charges or refusal of usage rights.

Workflow
WORKFLOW 📊
1. Once you’ve submitted your request, i will review it within 1-2 days, depending on the queue.
2. If your request is acceptable based on my ToS, i will DM you with an update and let you know how long the process will take.
3. If your request goes against my ToS, i truly apologize i will have to decline it.
(I have the right to decline any request that makes me uncomfortable, impossible for me to fulfill your demand or the request are out of my expertise and i truly appreciate for your interest, request, and as my client)
4. After the sketch is done, you may request as many revisions as you need.
5. Once the sketch is approved (no further revisions needed) the next step will be full payment.
6. Once payment is made, no refunds are allowed. if i, the artist, fail to provide any updates or communication for 5-6 months you may request refund.
7. I will keep you updated about the progress and estimated completion time.
8. After the final artwork is done, you may request up to 3 minor revisions.
